Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can request changes within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, the order is processed and cannot be modified.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 days and delivered within 6–8 business days, depending on your location.
Which courier partners do you use?
We ship via Shiprocket, XpressBees, Delhivery, Ekart, Bluedart, DTDC, and Amazon depending on serviceability.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link on SMS or email.
Do you deliver to remote areas?
Yes, we deliver across most pin codes in India. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, PhonePe, debit/credit cards, net banking, and COD (Cash on Delivery).
Is COD available for all orders?
Yes, COD is available with a ₹39 extra charge. Call verification is required before dispatch.

You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery. An unboxing video is mandatory for any claims.
How will I get my refund?
